1600 Lab ("we," "us") is run by Gabriel Fernandes, Pearland, Texas. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Who can use 1600 Lab

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and to any subscription on your behalf.

Your subscription

• 1600 Lab has three monthly plans: Basic ($15), Pro ($25) and Premium ($30). Plans are billed through Stripe and renew automatically each month until you cancel. If you switch plans, Stripe adjusts your bill for the rest of the month.
• New accounts get the diagnostic and 3 study sessions free, with no card required. After that, continuing requires a subscription.
• You can cancel anytime from Manage billing in the app. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give refunds for partial months unless the law requires it.
• We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email. A new price applies from your next billing date after the notice period.

Using the service

• Your account is for you only. Don't share it or resell access.
• Don't try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to generate content for other products.
• Practice questions are created with AI and reviewed automatically. Mistakes are possible. If you find one, tell us at gabrielclaude2007@gmail.com.
• To keep costs fair, there's a daily limit on new AI-written content per account.

1600 Lab is a study tool. We don't guarantee any score or result. SAT® is a trademark registered by the College Board, which is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, 1600 Lab. Our questions are original and are not official SAT questions.

Ending your account

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing gabrielclaude2007@gmail.com.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
